1️⃣ Eligibility for Wholesale Purchase

To qualify for wholesale pricing, the buyer must meet at least one of the following:

  • Own a retail store, boutique, or e-commerce platform
  • Hold a valid business registration/GST number (if applicable)
  • Purchase clothing for commercial resale in bulk
  • Meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements

2️⃣ Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Standard MOQ: 20–50 pieces per design (brand can specify exact number)
  • Mix & match of sizes allowed (S, M, L, XL, XXL depending on product availability)
  • Color mix depends on stock availability
  • Custom or made-to-order designs may have higher MOQ

3️⃣ Wholesale Pricing

  • Wholesale discounts are provided based on order volume, design type, and material.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fabric cost, labor cost, or market conditions.
  • Price lists are confidential and should not be shared publicly.

4️⃣ Payment Terms

  • Orders are processed only after 100% advance payment.
  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    • Bank Transfer
    • UPI
    • Net Banking
    • Corporate Payment Gateways
  • COD is not available for wholesale orders.
  • For long-term partners, special payment terms can be discussed.

5️⃣ Production & Processing Time

  • Ready stock orders dispatch within 3–7 business days.
  • Made-to-order / stitching orders require 7–20 business days depending on quantity.
  • Large bulk orders may require extended production time (mutually discussed before order confirmation).

6️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India & Internationally.
  • Domestic shipping charges are calculated based on weight & location.
  • International buyers must arrange their own freight forwarding, or we can arrange at actual shipping charges.
  • Once shipped, the tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp/Email.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays or customs clearance delays.

7️⃣ Return, Refund & Exchange for Wholesale

Wholesale orders follow strict no return and no refund policy due to bulk manufacturing and special wholesale pricing.
However:

Return accepted only if:

  • The product is delivered damaged, wrong, or manufacturing defective.
  • The buyer must inform within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear images/video proof.

Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Size issues
  • Color shade variations (5–10% variation is normal in textile industry)
  • Minor stitching differences
  • Wrong order placement by buyer
  • Custom-made / personalized products

8️⃣ Replacement for Damaged Products

If a damage or defect is verified:

  • We offer replacement of the same product, OR
  • Issue store credit for next wholesale order
  • Refund is provided only if replacement is unavailable

9️⃣ Custom Designs & Branding

We offer customization services such as:

  • Custom prints
  • Logo branding
  • Custom labels & tags
  • Exclusive designs for boutiques

Terms for customization:

  • Higher MOQ may apply
  • 50%–100% advance depending on design
  • No cancellation once production begins
  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable

🔟 Cancellation Policy (Wholesale Orders)

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received.
  • Cancellation before production may be allowed with a cancellation fee (10–20%).
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled at any stage.

1️⃣1️⃣ Reselling Guidelines

  • Resellers may use brand images ONLY with permission.
  • Prices for resale should maintain brand value; extreme price drops or underpricing may result in partnership termination.
  • Brand name, designs, or copyrighted materials cannot be misused.

1️⃣2️⃣ Quality Standards

Every product undergoes:

  • Fabric check
  • Stitching check
  • Finishing inspection
  • Size accuracy check (1–2 cm variation may occur due to manual stitching)

1️⃣3️⃣ Taxation

  • GST applicable as per government rules.
  • International buyers may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees (buyer responsibility).
