1. Seller Registration & Onboarding
1.1 Eligibility
To register as a seller, you must:
- Be 18+ years old
- Have a valid GST number (if applicable)
- Provide PAN card & business registration details
- Provide verified contact details (phone & email)
1.2 Documentation Required
- GST Certificate
- PAN Card
- Bank account details
- Address proof
- Brand authorization certificate (if reselling branded goods)
1.3 Approval Process
Your account will be activated after:
- Document verification
- Product quality check
- Compliance approval from our internal team
2. Product Listings & Content Guidelines
2.1 Listing Accuracy
Sellers must ensure:
- Correct product titles, descriptions & specifications
- Accurate fabric details, sizes, colors & measurements
- High-quality images (minimum 4–6 photos per product)
- No misleading claims or incorrect MRPs
2.2 Prohibited Listings
You cannot list:
- Fake, duplicate, or counterfeit branded items
- Offensive or inappropriate designs
- Products violating copyrights or trademarks
- Items that breach any government regulation
2.3 Pricing Policy
- Prices must be competitive and realistic
- Frequent price manipulation is prohibited
- Discounts must be genuine and legally acceptable
3. Product Quality Standards
3.1 Minimum Quality Requirements
All products must be:
- New, unused, clean, and damage-free
- Properly stitched and ironed
- Packed securely to avoid transit damage
3.2 Quality Check Failure
If any product fails QC:
- It will be returned to the seller
- Repeated failures may lead to penalties or account suspension
4. Order Processing & Shipping
4.1 Order Handling
Sellers must:
- Accept orders within 24 hours
- Dispatch products within 48 hours
- Maintain a high fulfillment rate
4.2 Packaging Guidelines
- Use safe, waterproof, tamper-proof packaging
- Attach invoices clearly
- No external branding unless approved
4.3 Delivery Responsibility
Depending on model (Self-ship or Brand-ship):
- You may be responsible for courier coordination
- Tracking updates must be provided on time
5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
5.1 Return Eligibility
Products may be returned for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Size mismatch
- Defects or damage
- Missing items
5.2 Seller Responsibilities in Returns
If return is seller fault (wrong product, defective, damaged):
- Seller bears forward + return shipping charges
- Refund must be completed within 3–5 business days
5.3 Quality Check of Returned Products
After a return:
- Seller must verify condition
- If product is tampered by customer → seller can reject return with valid proof
5.4 Replacement Process
Replacements must be provided if:
- Product is in stock
- Customer requests within valid window
6. Payment & Settlement

- Payments are released every 7–15 working days depending on order status
- Only delivered orders are eligible for settlement

7. Penalties & Violations
You may be penalized for:
- Selling counterfeit or low-quality products
- Fake tracking numbers
- Misleading product information
- Cancelling accepted orders
- High return rate due to product issues
- Late dispatch or repeated delays
Penalties may include:
- Temporary listing freeze
- Higher commission rates
- Permanent account suspension
8. Intellectual Property & Copyright
8.1 Ownership
Sellers must:
- Own the rights to images, brand names, and product designs
- Avoid any copyrighted or trademarked content without permission
8.2 Violations
Listing copyrighted material without rights may lead to:
- Immediate delisting
- Permanent suspension
- Legal action by the copyright owner
9. Communication & Customer Service
Sellers must:
- Provide prompt responses within 24 hours
- Maintain polite and professional communication
- Never share personal contact details with customers
10. Taxes & Legal Compliance
10.1 GST & Taxes
Sellers are responsible for:
- Accurate GST invoices
- Proper tax filing and compliance
10.2 Legal Restrictions
Products must meet:
- Indian government safety and textile standards
- Packaging norms & labeling rules
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Sellers must:
- Not misuse customer data
- Not store customer information after order completion
- Never contact customers outside the platform
Violation of privacy rules may result in legal action.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
12.1 Reasons for Termination
Your account may be terminated for:
- Fraudulent activities
- Repeated policy violations
- Selling illegal or counterfeit goods
- Misuse of customer data
12.2 After Termination
- Pending payments will be released after deductions
- All product listings will be removed
- No further selling privileges will be allowed
13. Dispute Resolution
All disputes between seller and platform will be resolved through:
- Internal support team
- Arbitration (if required)
- Final legal jurisdiction: Surat / Gujarat
14. Policy Updates
We may update these policies anytime. Sellers will be notified through:
- Dashboard announcements
Continued selling means acceptance of the new terms.
