At Swanari Fashion, we aim to provide premium-quality clothing and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds can be requested.
1️⃣ Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange only if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- The product has no perfume, makeup, stains, sweat, or deodorant marks
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact
- Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
If any of these conditions are not met, the request may be denied.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene & safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Sale / discounted items
- Accessories (jewelry, bags, belts, etc.)
- Innerwear, leggings, camisoles
- Custom-stitched or altered items
- Made-to-order or personalized products
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on product page
3️⃣ Reasons Accepted for Return
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size sent by us
- Damaged or defective product
- Manufacturing issue (verified by our team)
Note:
Minor color variations (5–10%) due to lighting/screen differences are not considered defects.
4️⃣ Exchange Policy
- Size exchange is available for most products (based on stock availability).
- If the required size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Design exchange (changing product) is not allowed unless original item is defective.
5️⃣ Return Process
To request a return:
- Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery
- Share Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/video of the product
- Our team will inspect and approve the request
- Product must be properly packed and handed to courier in original condition
6️⃣ Pickup & Reverse Shipping
- We offer reverse pickup in select PIN codes
- If pickup is unavailable in your area, customer must self-ship the product
- Shipping charges for returns due to customer reasons (size issues, dislike, etc.) may apply
- For defective/wrong products, reverse shipping is free
7️⃣ Quality Check (QC)
All returned products go through strict inspection:
- Tag & label check
- Fabric condition & stain check
- Stitching check
- Perfume/scent & hygiene check
Return will be rejected if:
- Product is used or washed
- Tags are missing
- Product is damaged after delivery
- Stains, perfume, makeup, or deodorant smell is found
- Fabric is stretched or altered
Rejected items will be sent back to the customer.
8️⃣ Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after QC approval.
Refund is offered in the following forms:
- Store Credit (valid for 12 months)
- Replacement (if available)
Direct bank refunds are only provided in cases of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective/damaged item
- Cancelled orders before dispatch
Refunds take 5–7 working days after QC approval.
9️⃣ Store Credit Terms
- Store credit is non-refundable
- Can be used on any product
- Validity: 12 months
- Cannot be combined with certain discounts or offers
🔟 Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled
Post-Dispatch:
- Product must be received and returned under return eligibility rules

If you receive a damaged product:
- Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Provide unboxing video + images
- Once verified, we will offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (if replacement unavailable)
1️⃣2️⃣ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Returns due to:
- Wrong address
- Courier not received
- Customer unavailable
- Phone unreachable
will require re-shipping charges to resend the parcel.
1️⃣3️⃣ Exchange Shipping Charges
- First exchange is chargeable or free (brand can define).
- Additional exchanges will have shipping fees.
1️⃣4️⃣ Color, Fabric & Measurement Guidelines
- 5–10% color variation is normal
- 1–2 cm measurement variation may occur due to manual stitching
- These are not considered defects
